1           Figures in brackets only relate to hire by bona fide local hirers for private use and for regular hirers; hire time to include preparation and clearing times

2           The Stage charge applies for the FULL stage; the small stage that is usually erected is included in the hire fee; the Stage can only be erected and disassembled by the Llandogo Millennium Hall Committee approved team

3           The Cooker may only be used by those specifically trained and named by the Llandogo Millennium Hall Committee

4           The Sound and Stage Lighting may only be used by those specifically trained and named by the Llandogo Millennium Hall Committee

 

CONDITIONS OF HIRE

 

1     The Llandogo Millennium Hall Committee reserve the right to refuse bookings

2     The Hirer shall ensure that the numbers within the Hall do not exceed the stated capacity for their particular event

3     Any losses and damages incurred shall be paid for by the Hirer, from the Hirer’s deposit

4     Nothing, such as smoke machines, shall be used that is likely to trigger the smoke detectors or the fire alarms

5     No things, such as drawing pins, shall be used in any woodwork to avoid irreparable damage, otherwise a £25 charge may be applied

6     The Hirer undertakes full responsibility for any equipment brought into the Llandogo Millennium Hall and should ensure that it is in good working order

7     The Hirer undertakes to become fully aware of the Fire Regulations

8     Emergency Exits must be kept clear at all times

9     The Hirer agrees to ensure that at the end of the hire: -

a           ALL windows are CLOSED and LOCKED

b           The HEATING is switched OFF

c           ALL water taps are turned OFF

d           ALL chairs are stacked in 3’s maximum

e           ALL tables are stacked at the back of the Hall, no higher than 10 high; new tables to be stacked on stand

f            ALL lights, including toilets lights, are switched OFF

g           ALL doors are LOCKED

h           ALL rubbish is removed completely and taken away from the Hall and it’s grounds, otherwise a £25 charge may be applied

i            All areas used by the hirer are left clean and tidy, otherwise the costs of cleaning may be deducted from the Hirer’s deposit

j            The Millennium Hall keys will be returned to a Llandogo Millennium Hall Committee Member or Roger Brown’s shop

10   Hirers are expected to make their own insurance arrangements in order to cover their particular liabilities and circumstances
